Dear valued customer,

It is with great sadness that we are informing you, as a valued guest, that effective June 27th, Cuisine et Chateau will permanently close its doors after 13 years of business. This unfortunate decision had to be made swiftly, and we regret not being able to provide you with the cooking experience you were looking for.

 If you were registered for a class, a full refund of your purchase will be issued back to your credit card and should be visible within the next 7-15 business days. Important:  If the card that was used of this payment has been compromised or has been updated with a new expiry and cvv code, we could have issues with the refund going through.
Please contact us by EMAIL ONLY if this is the case and we can connect over the phone to find a solution.

If you were the recipient of a gift certificate, the refund will be returned to the purchaser’s card with notification.

Once again, we are sorry for the short notice of this sad news.

Please note that gift certificates ARE NOT gift cards and therefore they do have an expiry date.
*Valid for most of our hands on classes (Additional cost may apply for some technical classes- See our calendars for details .
Our gift certificate have NO CASH VALUE and are NON REFUNDABLE-
Valid for 12 months after date of purchase.

CLASS REFUND POLICY

All classes are non refundable. In the event that a client is unable to attend our classes, an account credit may be offered to the customer if notification to Cuisine et Château is provided a minimum of 72 hours prior to the class, this credit will be subject to a 10% administration fee. Client may also have the option to transfer to another class if notice is prior to 72 hours. Please note that transfers may be accommodated once, and may not be repeated for the same registration.

In the event that a client cannot attend the class and 72 hours’ notice cannot be given (including any COVID related cancelation request), no credit or transfer will be offered – however the client may send someone else in their place, provided that the replacement individual brings with them a copy of confirmation of registration from the original client, or the original client contacts Cuisine et Chateau to provide us with the names of the replacement client(s). We understand that there are many extenuating circumstances, such as sudden mandatory quarantine, and we unfortunately are not able to change our policy for these situations.

In the case that a class is cancelled by Cuisine et Château, a choice of full refund or credit will be provided to the client.
