All pricing on this website is in Canadian dollars.
You expressly understand and agree that: (a) this site and any of the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and that this site makes no warranties, representations or conditions (as used in this section “warranties”) of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement and that any such warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed, and (b) this site specifically makes no warranties that it or any of its services, including any content, information, products or services obtained from or through the use of this site or any of the services, will be provided on an uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free basis or that such services or the results derived therefrom will meet your requirements or expectations.
Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that in no event shall this site, including its affiliates and licensors, be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether this site had been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use, inability to use or performance of any of the services of this site, or (b) any unauthorized access to or modification to any of your content or transmissions, or (c) any other matter relating to this site or any of the services.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

- Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

- The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order. If you decide to opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
How do we protect your information?
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
Online Merchandise Purchases
All merchandise purchases fall under Canadian Law. Any merchandise purchases made outside of Canada are still protected under Canada’s jurisdiction.

A non-refundable $1,000.00 deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment, which is non-refundable, is required 90 days prior to departure. Clients are strongly advised to take out appropriate insurance to cover not only medical and personal injury expenses but also in the event of delays in travel arrangements and against any cancellation charges payable if clients have to cancel or curtail their trip.
Classes are non refundable. In the event that a client is unable to attend our classes, an account credit may be offered to the customer if notification to Cuisine et Château is provided a minimum of 72 hours prior to the class, this credit will be subject to a $5.95 administration fee. Client may also have the option to transfer to another class if notice is prior to 72 hours. Transfers may be accommodated once, and may not be repeated for the same registration.
In the event that a client cannot attend the class and 72 hours’ notice cannot be given, no credit or transfer will be offered – however the client may send someone else in their place, provided that the replacement individual brings with them a copy of confirmation of registration from the original client.
In the case that a class is cancelled by Cuisine et Château, a choice of full refund or credit will be provided to the client.
For Kid’s Cooking Camps
For our Kid’s cooking camps, a refund (minus a 5% service fee) will be offered for any cancellations that is made up to one month prior to the start date of the camp. For cancellation within one month of the camp start date, a refund (minus a 5% service fee) will only be given if we are able to fill that individual child’s spot with another child. Sometimes there is a waitlist for kid’s camps, and if Cuisine et Chateau is able to fill and receive payment for another child to attend in place of your child, then a refund will be offered.
