125g whole milk ( ½ cup)
375g heavy cream (1 ½ cups)
4 egg yolks
1/3 cup sugar
3 Tbsp mint leaves, finely chopped
1 Orange, zest only
Beat the egg yolks and sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth and slightly pale.
