We recommend that you take time to read these booking conditions carefully since they contain important information.
Accommodation is a private room furnished with either two twin beds or one European king bed, and all bedrooms have their own bathroom.
All meals are included during this 7-day, 6-night stay, as are all excursions, entry fees, and tastings. Wine served with dinner is also included.
Tour itinerary may be subject to change without notice due to weather, availability, and/or accessibility of excursions and/or sites.

Deposit: A deposit of $1,000.00 per person is required to secure each place on the specific requested tour dates.
This deposit is refundable, less a $175.00 administration fee, up until February 28th, 2023.  After February 28th, 2023, the deposit will be non-refundable.
Total outstanding balances are to be paid in full prior to July 1st, 2023 and payments are 100% non-refundable after this date. If outstanding balance is not received prior to July 1st, 2023, the individual forfeits his/her place and it may be sold. However, in the event of cancellation we will, if practicable, re-advertise and, if successful, will refund any payments made after deduction of any costs and/or reduced revenue occurring.

You are strongly advised to take out appropriate insurance to cover yourself not only for medical and personal injury expenses but also in the event of delays in your travel arrangements and against any cancellation charges payable if you have to cancel or curtail your trip. Any serious abuse of the staff, other guests, property or its contents will tender you liable to eviction from the tour and the property and Cuisine et Château Inc. reserves the right to treat your stay as cancelled in which case full cancellation charges will apply.

Breakages / damage that you may cause, whether accidental or deliberate, will require replacement, or direct and immediate financial compensation to Cuisine et Château Inc.

We regret that we cannot accept liability for any loss, damage or inconvenience resulting to the client or pay compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by “force majeure”. In these booking conditions, “force majeure” means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, prevent, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.
