Cooking with the kids
VIRTUAL CLASS HOME EQUIPMENT LIST*

IMPORTANT: All your grocery must be purchased and organized as per recipe booklet

The following must be set-up and ready prior to logging in to class

THE KITCHEN SCENE:

• Cutting board with Chef's knife
• Soup pot approx. 8" with lid
• 1 small frying pan
• 1 medium mixing bowl
• 1 small baking tray lined with parchment
• Vegetable peeler (optional)
• 2 Rubber spatulas or wooden spoons
• Whisk, small or medium
• 1 hand blender OR food processor OR blender
• small rolling pin OR a wine bottle
• 1/3 cup measuring cup - 65 mls
• 1 pair of tongs (optional)
• 2-3 soup spoons or tasting spoon
• 2 soup plates or small bowls, 2 plates

PANTRY AND OTHERS:

• Oil, vegetable or peanut oil (frying oil)
• Sea salt, fine
• Parchment paper or non stick silicone mat
• Ground pepper (white and/or black)
• Paper towel
• Oven mitts or dry tea towel
• Tin foil

TO GET READY BEFORE CLASS:

• Chopped cauliflower into small pieces -less than 1"cubed
• Potato peeled and diced and soaking in cold water in a small bowl
• Peel all garlic and onions
• Measure out chicken broth and put it into the soup pot
• All other ingredients washed if necessary and ready to be used
• Chop cilantro leaves
• Pre-measure coconut milk
• Pre-measure flour and salt for tortillas
