Dear valued customer,
It is with great sadness that we are informing you, as a valued guest, that effective June 27th, Cuisine et Chateau will permanently close its doors after 13 years of business. This unfortunate decision had to be made swiftly, and we regret not being able to provide you with the cooking experience you were looking for.
If you were registered for a class, a full refund of your purchase will be issued back to your credit card and should be visible within the next 7-15 business days.
Important: We have received information from our credit card processor about trying to refund to cards that are expired or have been compromised and thus no longer exist. They have communicated to us that when funds are refunded to an in-active card, the bank has it linked to a newer, updated card and it automatically is refunded to the new one. The only circumstance when it doesn’t work is if you have changed banks and have completely new information. If the bank has an issue with refunding, our system will get the funds back and will email us a notification that it was unsuccessful.
We are sorry about all of this and appreciate your patience as we work on getting all of these transactions sorted out.
If you were the recipient of a VALID gift certificate, the refund will be returned to the purchaser’s card with notification.
Please note that there is NO REFUND for expired cooking class certificates.
Once again, we are sorry for the short notice of this sad news.
